Atrauman Sterile compress 7.5 x 10 cm 10 pcs
Atrauman is a sterile hydrophobic polyester tulle with small meshes for modern wound healing.
The size of the individual meshes prevents the growth of newly emerging tissue and reduces the formation of hypergranulations.
The sterile dressing is woven from smooth fibers that do not stick to the base of the wound. Fatty tulle is impregnated with neutral lanolin ointment – it allows gentle wound dressing.
