Dologran NATURAL is suitable for everyone from 3 years of age. However, especially in cases where there may be a risk of calcium and magnesium deficiency, such as: growing children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, women around and after menopause, all seniors, athletes and physical workers, people on certain diets, people overusing alcohol, people who consume more white bread, sugars and animal fats.

Dosage and method of use

Adults can take 1 teaspoon (2g) daily on an empty stomach or between meals, children from 3 years of age can take half the amount.
