Prebiomix 200 g
Prebiomix is a prebiotic cocktail of soluble and insoluble fibers that help maintain the balance of the gut microbiome. It is made from inulin, corn fiber, bamboo and apple fiber. Thanks to this extended combination, compared to single-component products, it increases the positive effect on the entire spectrum of friendly intestinal bacteria. Oligoscarbohydrate inulin is a soluble fiber (FOS), which is food for beneficial microorganisms for the body, especially the so-called bifidogenic type.

Dosage
Take 2x daily about 12 g (6 aligned coffee spoons), morning and evening, always before meals. Dissolve the dose in water, tea or other drink. Sediment is not a problem.
Composition
Inulin extra pure granulated 80 g, soluble corn fiber 80 g, apple fiber 30 g, bamboo fiber 10 g. In a daily dose of 24 g: inulin 6.9 g.
Notification
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Increased production of intestinal gases is a natural manifestation of metabolism of prebiotics by the intestinal microflora and is not a side effect. It is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children!
