MOVit Energy Iron Chelate Premium 90 capsules
MOVit Iron Chelate Premium is a food supplement containing iron and vitamins C, B12 and folic acid also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The product contains iron in the chelated form of bisglycinate, which has excellent bioabsorption. It is well tolerated, does not irritate the stomach. Iron is important in the human body primarily for the transport of oxygen between tissues. Iron deficiency causes fatigue, drowsiness, dark circles under the eyes and can lead to anemia. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the normal transport of oxygen in the body and to normal energy metabolism.
Additional ingredients:
- vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and promotes iron absorption, together with iron they help the normal function of the immune system and contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion
- vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, supports homocysteine metabolism and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion
- folic acid contributes to normal mental activity and, like vitamin B12, helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, also has a positive effect on the immune system and participates in the process of cell division
Dosage
Children from 3 years old and adults take 1 capsule per day.
Composition
Iron 20 mg (143% NRV), vitamin C 150 mg (188% NRV), folic acid 200 μg (100% NRV), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 200 μg (8000% NRV) in one capsule. NRV = nutrient reference value.
Microcrystalline cellulose – filler, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous bisglycinate, magnesium stearate – anti-caking agent, folic acid, cyanocobalamin. HPMC capsules (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
