Main ingredients:
- Collagen is a structural protein and one of the most important building blocks in the body. It ensures the cohesion and elasticity of all connective tissues, including skin, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and bones. Hydrolyzed collagen is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis, which reduces the size of collagen peptides, thereby increasing its bioavailability and better absorption into the body.
- Glucosamine is the body’s own substance and is the main component of cartilage. It stimulates cartilage cells (chondrocytes) to synthesize the basic structural component of cartilage. It plays an important role in the construction of joints, ligaments and tendons.
- MSM is a sulfur compound that is found in every cell of the human body and is particularly concentrated in the skin, hair, nerve tissue and joints. Biologically active sulfur is one of the most important nutrients for our body.
- Chondroitin sulfate is a molecule that occurs naturally in our body and belongs to mucopolysaccharides called glycosaminoglycans. They bind to proteoglycans, which are an important building block of cartilage intercellular matrix. They are present in both bones and connective tissues.
- Hyaluronic acid is a natural part of the human body and is found in the intercellular matrix, especially in the eyes, joint fluid or skin.
- Vitamin C contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, teeth, bones, cartilage, gums and skin.
- Magnesium contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. At the same time, it contributes to the normal condition of bones and teeth.
Dosage
1 sachet per day. Stir the contents of the sachet in 250 ml of drinking water at room temperature and drink.
