Magnesium plus vitamin B6 is a dietary supplement in tablet form. Suitable for vegans.
Magnesium contributes to:

Dosage and method of use
As a dietary supplement, adults take three (3) tablets a day, preferably with meals or as recommended by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
