Tipshaler-HospitHal Inhalation chamber with valve, sterilizable without mask

Inhalation chamber for metered dose pressure inhaler. Optimizes pulmonary storage of inhaled corticosteroids and bronchodilators commonly used in the treatment of asthma or cystic fibrosis. It also reduces the oropharyngeal deposition of drugs.

Dosage and method of use

Before first use, it is recommended to rinse TipsHaler-HospitHal with clean water and allow to air dry.

Before each use:
Check that the device is folded correctly and that the inhalation valve is positioned correctly.
Check that TipsHaler-HospitHal does not contain any foreign bodies. Shake the metered inhaler before removing the cap. Insert the mouthpiece of the inhaler into the rear adapter of the TipsHaler-HospilHal.
When used with a mask:
  • Put the TipsHaler-HospitHal mask on your mouth and nose and press gently to seal the mask well on your face (for a split mask, place your nose in a small triangular depression and your mouth in a large part).
  • Press the metered dose inhaler to release the dose and hold the mask over your face and breathe into the inhalation chamber for about 15 seconds.
  • Remove the mask from your face.
When used without a mask:

  • Place the mouthpiece of the TipsHaler-HospitHal inhalation chamber in your mouth.
  • Press the metered inhaler to release the dose and breathe into the inhalation chamber for about 15 seconds.
  • Remove TipsHaler-HospitHal.

If your doctor has prescribed more than one dose, wait 30 seconds and then repeat step 3.
After using the TipsHaler-HospitHal inhalation chamber, remove the metered dose inhaler and put on the lid. Then store the TipsHaler-HospitHal inhalation chamber.
